Our Country has taught us well to accept and appreciate different festivals from different religions. Perch Technologies being no different believes in the acknowledgement of holidays for every festival disregard of minority or majority of a specific religion in office. While we enjoy holidays we find it more amusing to celebrate few festivals at workplace too.

Each employee at Perch Technologies is paid as per industry standards however a components of the salary is also marked variable in order to fulfil certain needs. Similar positions do not imply same levels of difficulties faced. Our management is focused in understanding the difficulties each employee is facing while revising their pay based on need and also maintain confidentiality.
