Perch Technologies being no different believes in the acknowledgement of holidays for every festival disregard of minority or majority of a specific religion in office. Each employee at Perch Technologies is paid as per industry standards however a components of the salary is also marked variable in order to fulfil certain needs. Similar positions do not imply same levels of difficulties faced.
